How to Deposit Money into Your Funding Account (Client Portal and Vantage App)
You can add money to your Funding Account by fiat deposit (bank or card, in fiat currency) or by crypto deposit (cryptocurrency sent to a Funding Account address), from either the Client Portal or the Vantage App. Once your transfer is confirmed, the funds appear in your Funding Account balance.
Deposits made directly into Funding Account are not eligible for promotional or bonus campaigns. Coupons are not supported when you top up Funding Account.

Funding Account is the balance and funding interface linked to your trading relationship with Vantage. For a full explanation, see What is Funding Account?
Deposit in the Client Portal
- 1. Log in to the Client Portal and go to the V-Wallet section.
- 2. Select Funding, then choose your funding method: Fiat Deposit or Crypto Deposit.
- 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to get the deposit account details (for a fiat deposit) or the crypto deposit address or QR code (for a crypto deposit).
- 4. Complete the transfer from your bank account or your private crypto wallet.
- 5. After the transfer is confirmed, the funds appear in your Funding Account balance.
Deposit in the Vantage App
- 1. Open the Vantage App and log in to your account.
- 2. Tap Overview or Funding to reach the Funds section.
- 3. On the asset dashboard, tap Deposit.
- 4. Select your currency type:
- - Fiat Deposit: select your fiat currency and payment method, then enter the deposit amount.
- - Crypto Deposit: choose the cryptocurrency and network, then copy the deposit address or scan the QR code.
Promotions and coupons
- - Deposits made directly into Funding Account are not eligible to count toward promotional or bonus campaigns at this time.
- - To take part in a promotion, deposit directly into, or transfer funds to, your designated trading account (MT4, MT5, or copy trading account). MT4 and MT5 are MetaTrader trading platforms.
- - Coupons are not supported when you top up Funding Account.
