How do I update my password for the client portal or Vantage app?
If you need to change your client portal password, you can do so easily either through a browser on your computer or via the Vantage app on your mobile device.
On the client portal (browser)
Step 1: Log in to the client portal.
Step 2: Click on "profile" in the menu.
Step 3: Select "security management".
Step 4: Click the "modify" button in the password section.
Step 5: Tap "send code" to receive a verification code at your registered email address.
Step 6: Enter the verification code you received.
Step 7: Input your current password, new password, and confirm the new password.
On the Vantage app
Step 1: Tap on the Home tab, then select the profile icon located at the top left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select security.
Step 3: Select change log in password.
Step 4: Enter the 6-digit verification code to process.
Step 4: Enter your current password and your new password.
Step 5: Tap on Change Password to confirm.
- Must be at least 8 characters long.
- Must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, etc.)
Note: The Change Login Details feature is available for Live Accounts only. If you are using a Demo Account, please refer to the confirmation email sent to the email address you used during registration. This email contains your Demo login credentials and server information.
