If a client has been linked to the wrong partner code, please contact your account manager or Vantage Support Team as soon as possible. Provide them with the client’s details and the correct partner code. They will assist in reviewing the case and, if eligible, reassigning the client to the correct partner code to ensure your commissions are accurately tracked.
