Perpetual Contract Account Opening Rules
Before you start trading Vantage Gold Perpetual Contracts, please ensure you have met the following account opening requirements.
I. Account Eligibility Requirements
- Hold a valid Vantage account and complete KYC Verification.
- Your account region supports Perpetual Contract trading (some regions may be restricted due to regulatory requirements).
II. Opening a Contract Account
The contract account is separate from your main account (CFD account) and must be opened independently:
a: Log in to your Vantage account and navigate to the "Contracts" section.
b: Read and agree to the Perpetual Contract Account Agreement.
c: Complete the Risk Assessment questionnaire (if applicable).
d: Once the contract account is opened, the initial balance is zero by default. You may choose a supported currency and transfer funds to the contract account.
III. Fund Transfer
The contract account uses USD as the margin and settlement currency:
- Transfer from another account to the contract account: Go to the "Fund Transfer" page, select the direction "Other Account → Contract Account", and enter the transfer amount.
- Withdraw from the contract account to another account: Use the same Fund Transfer page and select the direction "Contract Account → Other Account".
- "Other Account" refers to any account the user selects other than the Contract Account.
IV. Isolation Between Contract Account and Main Account
The Perpetual Contract account is fully isolated from the CFD main account:
- Losses in the contract account do not affect balances in other accounts.
- Position risks in other accounts do not affect the contract account.
- Margin requirements and risk control mechanisms for both accounts are calculated independently.
