How to Complete Your Proof of Face (POF) Verification?
To enhance account security and provide a better user experience, Vantage has introduced a self-service Proof of Face (POF) verification feature as an Advanced Verification. You can proactively complete this verification via the Client Portal or Vantage App without waiting for a system-generated request.
Eligibility: You must have successfully completed your Proof of Identity (POI) verification to be eligible for Proof of Face
You may complete the Proof of Face verification via Client Portal or Vantage App
Completing Verification via Client Portal
If you are using the web Client Portal, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Vantage Client Portal.
Navigate to Profile and select Verification.
Click on the "Plus" tab on the verification page.
Locate Face Verification and click the "Verify Now" button to begin.
Completing Verification via Vantage App
If you are using the mobile app, please follow these steps:
Open the Vantage App and navigate to the Verification section.
Select the "Plus" tab in the Authentication Centre. Locate Face Verification and tap "Verify" to initiate the process.
Follow the on-screen prompts and tap "Continue" to complete the selfie verification.
4. Once submitted, the system will show an "Under review" status while it processes.
5. The verification will be update to "Verified" once the review is complete. If you failed, please try again.
We strongly recommend all eligible users complete their Proof of Face (POF) verification. This additional layer of security helps protect your account, ensures faster identity confirmation, and grants you access to exclusive promotions.
