I opted into the promotion but did not receive bonus in my trading account. Why?
To qualify, please make sure all steps were completed:
- Opted in via the Client Portal or Vantage App
- Completed Facial Verification (If any)
- Made a deposit after opting in
- Missing any of the steps above may result in the bonus not being credited.
