• Trading Account: You can usually find your account number in your initial welcome email.

If you forget your MT4/MT5 login credentials, you may go to Vantage App, click "Profile" - "Security" - "Login Details" and select the account number that you are trying to locate. Then, click "Send Now", the login credential will be sent to your registered email address.

• Password Reset: Navigate to the Client Portal login page and click "Forgot Password." Follow the prompts to receive a reset link via your registered email address.
