INR Payment Failed but Money Deducted
What should I do if my order fails but I have already paid via INR?
*If your order shows as failed despite successful INR payment, it may be caused by the following scenarios:
1. You have not filled in the taker name.
2. The bank account name linked to your UPI ID does not match the name in your Vantage profile. (Please contact support@vantagemarkets.com to change the name)
3. The actual amount you paid does not match the amount submitted in your order.
4. The payment channel has not verified your relevant order temporarily.
*Regarding the above scenarios, please rest assured. Even if your order currently shows as failed, you can initiate an appeal for this order through the link below.
