Why are the symbols (products) on my MT4/MT5 greyed out or untradeable?
Common reasons:
- Market is closed (weekend or public holiday).
- Symbol not enabled for your account type.
- Logged into the wrong or inactive account.
- Using an Investor (read-only) password.
Fix: Right-click Market Watch → Show All → re-login using your main trading password. If still unresolved, contact support with a screenshot.
