Why is my MT4/MT5 chart stuck on “Waiting for Update”?
This means your platform is not receiving market data.
Possible causes:
- No connection: check connection status, relogin, and ensure a stable internet connection.
- Inactive symbol: right-click Market Watch → Show All → open the correct symbol chart.
- Server maintenance or market closed: wait until the market reopens.
