How do I report a trading problem?
Submit a report via the Vantage Trade Investigation Form or email support@vantagemarkets.com with:
- MT4/MT5 account number
- Affected instruments or pairs
- Trade Order ID
- Supporting screenshots or documents
The team will investigate and respond accordingly.
