How can I resolve a negative balance?
If your account has a negative balance, it will be handled through an automated process. Negative balances in eligible accounts are systematically reviewed and processed regularly, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process. Manual resets are no longer available through the client portal or Vantage app.
Eligible accounts qualify for automatic clearing if the "equity" is less than the "credit."

- PAMM/MAM accounts: negative balance resets are not allowed, including both master and investor accounts.
- Vantage copy trading accounts: automatically clear negative balances only if no copiers actively copy trades.
