Why have I not yet received my withdrawn funds?
Withdrawals typically take up to 5 business days to process, depending on the payment method. If it has been more than 5 business days and you still haven't received your funds, please contact us via live chat or email for assistance.
Here are some common reasons for delays in receiving withdrawn funds and suggested actions:
- Credit cards: expired/invalid cards
Check with your card issuer for potential issues. If the payment is returned to Vantage, we will reverse it to your account once we receive notification from card issuer.
- Bank transfers: closed accounts/incorrect details
If your bank has received the funds but hasn't released them, request the bank to credit the funds to your bank account. If the bank refuses to credit the funds to you, please ask your bank to return the funds to Vantage. Once received, we will credit the funds back to your Vantage account.
If your bank has not received the funds, Vantage will reverse the payment to you once verified.
