How do I make a withdrawal?
Before making any withdrawals, please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account. Ongoing trades in a loss position, a low margin balance, and other factors may affect your ability to request a withdrawal. Additionally, you can only make the withdrawal once your proof of identity (POI) and proof of address (POA) documents have been successfully verified. To make a withdrawal:
On the client portal
- Log in to the client portal.
- Click "funds" in the left menu and select "withdrawal".
- Choose the account from which you want to withdraw money.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Select your preferred withdrawal method.
- Provide the required information and click the "withdraw now" button.
On the Vantage app
- Tap on your "profile".
- Select "funds" and then tap "withdraw".
- Choose the account from which you want to withdraw money.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Select your preferred withdrawal method.
- Provide the required information and click the "done" button.
Once approved, your withdrawal request will be processed and credited to your account. This will take 1-3 business days, depending on your selected withdrawal method and your bank’s processing time.
