Why are T+1 and T+2 withdrawal requirements implemented?

Cool-off periods for account changes
If you update your login password, registered email address, phone number, or security authenticator, your account will enter a cool-off period before you can proceed with withdrawals. This period helps ensure that changes are legitimate and secure:
- Email/phone number update: 48 hours
- Security authenticator update: 48 hours
- Login password update: 24 hours
