What to do if I didn't make a deposit on the client portal?
Using the client portal ensures your deposits are processed smoothly and efficiently. However, if deposits are made outside the client portal, such as:
- International bank transfer: direct transfers without attaching the payment slip on client portal.
- Cryptocurrency: sending funds to a previously used wallet address. This is not advised because each deposit uses a unique wallet address to prevent misplacement.
If you’ve already transferred funds without using the client portal:
- Log into the client portal and create a new deposit order for the corresponding transaction without making a new payment. This step helps ensure our team can match your payment more efficiently.
- Provide the following to the Support Team for further checking:
- Payment proof screenshot
- TXID/transaction hash (for cryptocurrency deposits only).
- Payment details : amount and date of transaction
- Our team will further check to locate and verify the funds. Please note that this process may take additional time and effort compared to deposits made directly through the client portal.
Note: always initiate deposits through the client portal to ensure proper tracking and faster processing.
